Selection of the most promising for irrigation development agricultural plots of land

Purpose: to develop a method for estimating and ranking agricultural land plots, the most promising development of irrigation. Materials methods: plot is based on application multi-factor analysis expert assessment methods. Results. Estimation criteria are proposed, weight values each them determined according degree influence final valuation: irrigation water quality – 20 %, soil alkalinity 19 salinity 16 table 14 technical condition supply network 12 groundwater mineralization 11 distance from source 8 %. The structure process making decision has been developed. Land plots evaluation carried out in following sequence: determination actual estimation criteria, separately criterion, integral ranking. Approbation proposed was example farm located Aksai district Rostov region. Seven fields that were formerly irrigated but now rainfed estimated. As result, it concluded 2, 4 6 have same rank Field 1 next order priority. Fields 5, 7, 3 complete priority list. Conclusions: can be widely used by farms intend investments agriculture, also taken into account when planning public maintenance state reclamation systems.
